Job Description: C2 Labs, Inc. is a leading technology consulting firm specializing in Salesforce solutions and digital transformation. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer IV to join our team and drive the development of innovative and scalable Salesforce solutions for our clients. As a Salesforce Developer IV at C2 Labs, you will play a critical role in designing, coding, testing, and deploying complex Salesforce applications while adhering to best practices and industry standards. 

 Requirements: 

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (per our Government Contracts)

• Must live fulltime in the U.S. 

• Must be willing and able to travel as needed 

• Must be able to pass criminal background check(s) 

• Must be able to pass drug screening(s) including potential random tests 

 Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, and technical leads to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. 

• Design and develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies. 

• Perform Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration to meet client needs and support complex business processes. 

• Develop and maintain data models, triggers, workflows, validation rules, and other Salesforce objects and features. 

• Implement unit tests and conduct thorough testing to ensure high-quality, performant, and scalable code. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations and provide technical guidance and expertise. 

• Follow coding best practices and ensure compliance with coding standards and security guidelines. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform debugging and root cause analysis. 

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth. 

• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. 

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is required. 

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, and security model. 

• Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns, REST, SOAP, and middleware tools like MuleSoft. 

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and best practices. 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions. 

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams. 

• Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. 

• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum. 

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.
