Job Summary:

The Personnel Security Program Manager (PSPM) is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget for projects involving personnel security. This role oversees all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of projects. The PSPM will also prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Execution and Monitoring:
  •  Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
  •  Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  •  Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, metrics and techniques.
  •  Report and escalate to management as needed.
  •  Enforce project quality standards.
  •  Performance Management:
  •  Conduct performance reviews and provide career development coaching.
  •  Implement performance improvement plans and issue corrective action
  •  Work to foster positive employee engagement to include recognition and rewards.
  •  Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures.
  •  Delegate tasks to team members

· Stakeholder Management:

  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide timely updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Generate and present regular reports to stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree

· 5-10 years relevant experience.

· Top Secret Clearance
