Lead personnel security operations for a federal agency, managing suitability adjudications and security clearance processes while supervising contractor staff in a dynamic security environment.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a back up primary POC for client communications and program management

Oversee personnel security investigations and adjudications

Manage NBIS eApp system operations and case processing
-
Lead quality control and compliance initiatives

Supervise and train security personnel

Develop security policies and procedures
-
Monitor program metrics and performance
Required Qualifications
-
5+ years federal personnel security experience
-
1+ year program management experience
-
OPM Suitability Adjudication certification
-
Active BI/Tier 4 or SSBI/Tier 5 clearance

Expertise in:

Federal Investigative Standards

USAccess/HSPD-12 PIV systems

Trusted Workforce principles

Microsoft Office Suite

Personnel security reform initiatives
