Job Description:

C2 Labs is seeking a talented and experienced Data Visualization Engineer to join our team. As a Data Visualization Engineer, you will be responsible for building compelling and informative Tableau dashboards and generating insightful GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) metrics using Snowflake SDL (Snowflake Data Language). You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable intelligence for our clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize GRC data.
• Develop and execute Snowflake SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data for dashboard creation.
• Generate GRC metrics and reports to support decision-making and compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs and translate them into effective dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within dashboards and reports.
• Optimize dashboard performance for speed and efficiency.
• Document dashboard design and development processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data visualization trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in data visualization and business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Extensive experience with SQL, particularly Snowflake SQL (SDL).
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of GRC concepts and principles is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
